A bit about UPco

We’re an independent town planning consultancy helping to define Australia’s built future. Originally established in Melbourne, we’ve evolved to form a presence in Sydney and Adelaide – and now serve the cities and regional areas of VIC, NSW and SA. Over more than three decades, our team of 30+ planners has steadily grown to become one of the most reputable and respected in Australia. Every member of our team brings their own unique qualities to the table, but we all share the same down to earth attitude and passion for what we do. Together, we’re a force that’s greater than the sum of its parts – enhancing our capacity to make a lasting positive impact on our urban environment.

Is it you we’re looking for?

  • You have at least 1-4 years of NSW planning experience (ideally in consulting but not essential), along with tertiary qualifications.
  • You’re ready to sink your teeth into a new challenge, to be encouraged to learn and grow.
  • Clear communication (written & verbal) is one of your strong suits, and you play well with others.
  • You’re organised and have solid time management skills.
  • You have rights for an unrestricted ability to live and work in NSW.
